Frustrated by traditional classroom methods, David D Sanderson embarked on extended total-immersion study programs in Japan and Mexico where he quickly reached fluency in Japanese and Spanish.  

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, David spent twenty years as an executive responsible for international sales and marketing, leveraging languages to develop alliance partners in Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

A member of The American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, David is an international development advisor for educators interested in total immersion experiential language learning.

David D Sanderson earned a BA in Economics and Asian Studies at the University of Wisconsin – Madison and an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  He lives in Concord, Massachusetts with his wife, Mónica and three children, Cady, Bobby, and Cory.
